All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD.
Standard shipping for most countries, and shipping fees depend on the customer's location.
Shipping fees are completely covered on our end to the United States for some selected products.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so our partner suppliers inspect every product before packing it to ensure it reaches its destination safely. 99.9% of final customers have a good purchasing experience.
The product was quality inspected, confirmed to be in excellent condition, and contained no manufacturing defects. We do not accept any no-reason return or, for buyer's reasons, return (buyer does not like it/thinks it is too expensive/difference between the original price and promotion price/can't meet your expectations, etc.).
We hope our buyer reads the product description, checks the attached pictures, and is satisfied with the product before payment.

Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse or reject to receive your order for any reason without authorization from BAHDA Store, the parcel will be considered abandoned, and the return of your order will not be processed and(or) issued.

About taxes and duties
Taxes and duties (if applicable) must be paid before delivery, and the local delivery courier will contact you to inform you of these fees if any are due. Please give your order a valid daytime contact phone number and email address to ensure prompt delivery.

Note about the European Union
According to the new European VAT e-commerce rules, a declaration without IOSS will delay customs clearance, and the recipient will be required to pay VAT, as the parcel will be detained when contact with the recipient is incorrect.

Sometimes, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation we control.

Which locations do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping via our warehousing partners!
For now, we package & ship orders to selected countries.
"United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand".
We will add more countries later on.
Contact us if you are from outside of these countries and find something in our store that interests you.

After applying for an order, what's the next process?
After placing your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order details have reached us. Please note that this does not mean that we will accept your order. We reserve the right not to accept your order due to payment, shipping, or inventory limitations. If your order has not been canceled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been accepted. Pre-orders and custom products will be delivered as specified during ordering. Responsibility passes to the customer after the product is delivered; bahda.net or its affiliates are responsible for any damage before delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before shipping from our supplier's warehouses. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time-sensitive.

Can I specify a delivery time when placing an order?
Different delivery times are determined, depending on the " logistics company" listed in the order's shipping information.

How much does shipping cost?
All products are delivered free of charge, without any hidden shipping fees.
All payments are processed through a secure payment processor.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible from many domestic and international warehouses through our suppliers, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 2–5 business days following payment to handle & process your order for shipping.
Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order as soon as possible!
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 25 business days, and you might receive items much earlier.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

As postal delays are beyond our control, please consider holidays and busy seasons that might impact delivery times.

Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order.

Do I need to receive the product myself?
If you cannot receive the product yourself, please assign others to receive it. The logistics company sends the product to the designated address. For example, anyone at the address can receive the product, but it does not guarantee delivery to the concerned person.

What should I do when someone else receives the product without my knowledge and signs for that?
Please contact the logistics company according to the order's shipping information if this occurs.

Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims the package has not been received. In such cases, we will spare no effort to verify the actual situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee of a positive result.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
But don't worry. You will not be charged for shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
Depending on item availability, customer shipping address, and other factors, packages may be shipped from any of our warehousing partners worldwide. So, your order may be shipped from Canada, The United States, China, The United Kingdom, Australia, etc. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping country for any particular order.

How about pre-orders?
For Pre-Ordered Or Back-Ordered Items
Suppose your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item. In that case, we will immediately ship any available items and send the pre-ordered or back-ordered items when they are available. So, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your order, don’t worry; you will receive your other item(s) shortly after.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we can ship your order, and you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Sometimes, additional delays, such as postal delays or customs inspections, may arise beyond our control.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be sent.
Please contact us if you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days.

My tracking says, “No information available at the moment.”!?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@bahda.net

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD.
Depending on your location and local laws, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, as determined by your local customs office.
Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

In case the shipping information is insufficient?
Orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be held by the distributor for a few days. The company will inform you via email; please reply to the email or contact customer service. If there is no response within this period, the company will return the product to the warehouse and refund the amount.

Lost/Stolen Packages!
BAHDA Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided on the tracking page. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please contact our customer support team.

What about damaged packages?
When you receive the product, please check it immediately, including the packaging, shopping list, and number of products. Do not sign before checking it. If the outer packaging is damaged or torn, you can refuse the receipt because the shipping carrier is responsible for the damage.
Even if the product is intact, but the packaging is damaged, you can submit a claim directly to the shipping carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer!
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We cannot process refunds or replacements for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Delivery Time Disclaimer!
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at the time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
