How do I look for a product?

To look for a product, you can click on the different collections to search for your desired product. You can also use the search tool at the top right corner of your screen.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with order information.

How do I know if my order has been processed successfully?

You will receive a notification with tracking information by email.

How long does it take for the order to be processed?

It takes around 3-5 business days. For orders with multiple products, a few additional business days may be required to process the order. If the product that you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified and receive a refund of the paid price for the out-of-stock product.

Order Modification

Can I change any product or information about my order?

Due to security reasons, your order cannot be modified or changed once processed.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to facilitate your request. However, once your order is processed, we will not be able to cancel it.

Are taxes and duties included in your prices?

The taxes and duties are not included in the product price. Clients are required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery of the parcel according to the related policies of the shipping country and destination.

Do you offer a tax refund?

No, we do not offer tax refunds, as we do not charge tax or duty on our website.

Shipping

Which country do you deliver to?

Currently, we offer delivery services to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

How long does it take for my parcel to be delivered?

Usually, it takes around 1–3 weeks. For the estimated delivery date and tracking information, you will be notified once the order is processed successfully.

For international orders, we do our best to facilitate and accelerate delivery; however, delivery times may be effected beyond our control by border control and customs clearance.

Can I change the delivery address after I place my order?

Once your order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed due to security reasons.

What happens if no one is at the registered shipping address on the delivery day?

Your order will be delivered to your front door, or you may need to pick up the package at a designated location.

Can the order be delivered to a hotel?

Your order can be delivered to your residential address or workplace only.

Can I place one order and have it delivered to more than one address?

It is not possible, as one order can only be delivered to one address. Please place separate orders if you wish to have your orders delivered to different addresses.

Return & Exchange

What is your policy for return or exchange?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or size. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

What would happen if my order arrived damaged or different from what I had ordered?

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives in a damaged condition or is different from what you have ordered, please accept the delivery and contact our client service team within 2 days. We invite you to provide the order number, contact information, and damaged product photo, including a front shot of the product style and the damaged area. A solution will be offered after the product assessment.

Can I just return my order without contacting BAHDA Store?

Please note that if you return or refuse your order without authorization from BAHDA Store, the parcel will be considered abandoned, and the return of your order will not be processed or issued.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express on BAHDA Store website.

Is it possible to pay over the phone?

It is not possible to charge payments over the phone, as all payments can only be made online on BAHDA Store website.

Can I pay for my order by sending checks or money orders to your company, or pay by cash on delivery?

It is not possible as we only accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as payment methods, and the payment can only be made online on BAHDA Store website.

Is it possible to pay in several installments?

The payment of your order can only be made once on BAHDA Store website.

What happens if my payment is declined?

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer to maintain security. To process the payment of your order, you have to enter your card details, the expiration date, and the last 3-digit security code (CSC).
If your payment has been declined by your card issuer, you’ll need to contact your bank or card services or place your order with an alternative payment method.
We are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

You can subscribe to the newsletter on the homepage of our website.

How do I receive the 10% discount after I subscribed to the newsletter?

You will receive a promotional code for your next order after subscription is made.

What are the terms and conditions of this subscription discount?

A 10% discount is only eligible on the first order that you place after you subscribe to our newsletter.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
